FUUNO is a liberal religious community committed to social justice and spiritual exploration. As a currently a lay led congregation, on Sundays we invite guest speakers, UU ministers, other religions professionals, church members, and social justice leaders to the pulpit to share their wisdom and insight. We celebrate spiritual diversity and welcome people of all genders and sexualities. Qualifications

• Must be a skilled musician, demonstrating proficiency in choral directing and piano playing, which are essential for both accompaniment and directorial responsibilities.

• Possess a solid understanding of diverse musical styles and resources and the ability to select music suitable for Unitarian Universalist worship.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills to promote constructive collaboration with staff and volunteers.

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, to effectively work with church staff, volunteers, and congregants.

• Support Unitarian Universalist values, principles, and culture.

Compensation

The Music Director/Accompanist is a full-year, part-time salaried position averaging 10 hours per week. The annual salary shall be $10,000, payable bi-monthly.
